As a holistic massage therapist, my philosophy centres on the belief that massage has incredible benefits to both physical and mental health. I see massage as a way to promote overall wellbeing by addressing the interconnectedness of the mind and body. I understand that stress and tension can manifest in the body and that regular massage can help to alleviate these symptoms.
I also believe that massage can aid in the body's natural healing processes by improving circulation and skin health, releasing tension and promoting relaxation. My approach is focused on creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to feel heard, supported, and deeply relaxed during their massage sessions.
